Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number in your request for a refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that unless the item is faulty, customers pay for the return postage. Where a customer seeks an exchange, we will cover the cost of posting the replacement items back to you.

Damages and issues
Please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or there is an issue, so that we can investigate and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
